Shipping Policy

When you order from mbabyjon.com, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order's shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout.
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and transit time.
Processing time: (1-4 business days) The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Standard Shipping transit time within USA: (2-5 business days)
Expedited Shipping transit time within USA: (1-3 business days)
For U.S. Orders:
Track your order to see delivery status. Please allow for 3 days for your tracking data to update the tracking.
USPS and all other shippers are experiencing delays up to 3 days due to heavy volume of packages and USPS may not update tracking info until your package leaves their facility.
Please note on USPS tracking: You may see tracking number as “Not Found” or “Label Created ” while sometimes their package is delayed at their facility for up to 3 days before they deliver your package.

We offer free shipping on orders over $60 in the U.S.

Standard International Shipping transit time: (4-18 business days.)
The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination depends on where you're located.

Please keep in mind that, while we do our best to send packages for international orders, in a way that avoids customers paying import and taxes fees, some countries may still charge buyers a small amount of import and taxes fees that are beyond our control. If the buyer refuses to pay or fails to receive it, the package may be returned to us. In this case, we will refund the entire order, but shipping costs will not be refunded. In most cases, however, buyers are exempt from paying taxes and duties when they receive their packages.
